| A 20-year veteran in the computer industry and a networking specialist, Harry Rhim founded SYNET Electronics in 2001 to fill an array of areas in the Home/SOHO networking devices and software industry that none had yet addressed. Prior to establishing SYNET Electronics, he managed the business unit at the Daewoo Group of Companies as Sales & Marketing professional for 8 years, where he was responsible for overseeing accounts $50M per year. Under the SYNET umbrella of products, he has helped open the Internet IP sharing market worldwide, and he holds a key position in KISA, the Internet sharing association in Asia. |

Dr. Steve Im, CTO |
| Since being awarded his doctorate in telecommunications from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994, Dr. Im has been active in digital telecommunications and networking technology, both in the US and abroad. He has actively focused his work on Internet protocols and telecommunications engineering projects. As the CTO of SYNET Electronics since its inception in 2001, he has been responsible for the company¡¯s major R & D efforts and new product development. |
